All Dogs AllowedServices are provided by All Dogs Allowed, Inc. Classes are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis upon receiving the Services Agreement and payment. If pre-registration and pre-payment are not received and confirmed by All Dogs Allowed, Inc., your space in class is not guaranteed. Obedience classes are limited to 5 dogs so that personal attention may be given to each dog and handler. Payment is due and payable prior to classes beginning along with this online Services Agreement.

Refund Policy: as your attendance in class takes a space away from another client and affects pre-class planning and structuring, if you decide to drop the class before it begins your payment is non-refundable and will be considered a commitment to the class regardless of your attendance. After class has begun, refunds may be granted on the basis of extenuating circumstances, including but not limited to: changes in the health of the dog/handler preventing them from attending the class; the dog/handler moving to a new location much less convenient to the training center; or other circumstances subject to the discretion of All Dogs Allowed, Inc. If a refund is issued under these or any other circumstances the refund will be pro-rated based on the number of remaining classes. All refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee.

Make Up Lesson Policy: Foundations and Puppy Starters students must notify their instructor, in writing (email or text message are sufficient) and ahead of time, if they will be absent for a class. If written and advanced notice is received, their instructor will offer them the opportunity to sit in on another Foundations or Puppy Starters class that is going over the missed material. This option is offered at no cost to the student. The class maximum is five dogs, so students sitting in on sessions to make up missed material may not be allowed to bring their dog with them to the observation session. If a Foundations or Puppy Starters student is not able to attend the offered observation session, they can then choose to keep up with the classwork via handouts or purchase a private session with their instructor at full facility rates. No cost-free or reduced cost private make up lessons are offered to Foundations or Puppy Starters students. Make up sessions are not available for Pet Therapy, Junior Trainers, Focused Fidos, Freestyle or any other class at All Dogs Allowed, Inc. Please check your schedule before registering for a class to be sure that you are ready and available to commmit to the class and the time it requires. Only Foundations and Puppy Starters classes require weekly attendance – all other classes offer 12 weeks for students to use 6 sessions. All classes require written advanced notices in case of absence. No call, no show students will not be offered any make up session options.

If you are purchasing an ongoing class, the fee will be $125 for 6 sessions. While we hope to see you each week, you will be given 12 weeks to attend 6 sessions. No sessions will roll over after 12 weeks’ time. Once you have attended 5 sessions you will be notified that your 6th is coming up and will be given the option to purchase another 6 sessions to hold your place in class. If your 12 weeks have passed and you have not attended 6 times, you will still be invoiced for another 6 weeks and must pay your invoice to reserve your space in class. If you do not pay your invoice for another 6 weeks your spot can then be released and purchased by another student. During your 12 week period to attend 6 times, your spot is held and no one can purchase it other than yourself. If you are going to miss a class, you must tell your instructor. If you do not inform your instructor that you are going to be absent from a class, it will count as a class taken.

Tardy Policy: Any student arriving 15 minutes late or more for a group or private appointment will not be admitted to class and will forfeit that appointment. Students arriving 15 minutes or more after the start time of their class or appointment will be considered a no call, no show and will not be permitted a make up session, refund, or credit for their missed session.

Please be aware that our classes are not intended to correct severe behavioral problems or aggression. For the safety of our instructors, other dogs and handlers in the class, any dog that demonstrates aggression in class will be asked to leave the class; no refunds will be issued under these circumstances. If your dog has a history of aggression, or if you are unsure about your dog’s suitability for the group class environment, please consult with your trainer before registering for the class. We can provide a referral to another trainer or behaviorist or we can discuss private training options that may better suit you.

Confirmation will be e-mailed to you once your application is processed. Please ask about other classes that may be of interest to you.

There will be a $30.00 charge for returned checks.
