Dr. Katrina Posey

Katrina Posey has been a veterinarian in the Raleigh area for 10 years and graduated from North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2015.

She has a special interest in behavioral medicine and loves working with people to help their anxious or reactive dogs become more confident and happy members of their families and society. Due to working in the veterinary field, she has developed a more specific interest in cooperative care, and helping dogs be less stressed and better able to handle medical interventions like ear treatments, nail trims and restraint.

Katrina first started working with All Dogs Allowed when she brought her first Leonberger puppy, Pan, in for puppy socialization classes.

When not working, Katrina loves gardening, reading and spending time with her husband and fur kids: 3 cats: Maddie, Turtle and Gilly, and two leonbergers, Pan and Vel.
