Dog Training Services

Payment & Services: I understand that the services provided by All Dogs Allowed are filled on a first come, first serve basis upon receiving a registration form, terms agreement, and payment. If registration, terms, and payment are not received and confirmed by All Dogs Allowed, my space in the class is not guaranteed. I understand that by agreeing to payment, I have committed to the full length of the training program selected. I understand that I am responsible for payment in full regardless of whether I choose to complete the training program.

Refund Policy:  If I decide to withdrawal from a training service, I understand that I am responsible for payment in full regardless of whether I choose to complete the training program. I understand that refunds may be granted on the basis of extenuating circumstances subject to the discretion of All Dogs Allowed. If a refund is issued, the amount will be pro-rated based on the number of remaining sessions and all refunds are subject to a $25 administration fee.

Make-Up Lesson Policy: I understand, as a Puppy Starters or Foundations student, that I must notify my instructor, in writing (email or text message are sufficient), ahead of time, if I will be absent for a class. If I do not notify my instructor ahead of time, I will lose the opportunity to make up the material covered in that lesson. If written and advanced notice is received, my instructor will offer the opportunity to sit in on another Puppy Starters or Foundations class that is going over the same material. This option is offered at no cost to the student but I may not be allowed to bring my dog with me to the observation session. I understand if I am unable to attend the offered observation sessions, I can choose to keep up with the classwork via emailed handouts or purchase a private session with my instructor at a facility rate of $75. I understand that I should check my schedule before registering for and purchasing a class to be sure that I am available to commit to the time the class requires. Only Foundations and Puppy Starters classes require weekly attendance – all other classes offer 10 weeks for students to use 6 sessions. All classes require written advanced notices in case of absence. No call, no show students will not be offered any make up session options.

I understand, as a student of an on-going, open enrollment class, that I must notify my instructor, in writing (email or text message are sufficient), ahead of time, if I will be absent for a class. If I do not notify my instructor ahead of time, I will be counted as “attended” for that session. I understand, as a student of an on-going class, that I will be given ten business weeks to attend six sessions in my designated class time. No sessions will “roll over” after ten weeks’ time. If I do not pay my invoice for another six sessions, my spot can be released and purchased by another student.

Tardy Policy: I understand if I arrive ten or more minutes late for a group class or private training appointment, I will not be admitted to that session and will forfeit that appointment. I understand that, by arriving ten or more minutes after the start time of my class or appointment, I will be considered a no call, no show and will not be permitted a make-up session, refund, or credit for the missed session.

Vaccines: I understand that training of any type is an activity requiring my dog to be medically sound. My veterinarian has examined my dog and agrees that my dog is in condition to perform in training classes. My dog is free of any infectious disease and is vaccinated for distemper, parvovirus, and rabies (the rabies vaccination is only required for dogs over four months of age). My dog is also free of contagious internal or external parasitic problems and is free of any contagious respiratory problem or skin disorder. I can provide proof from my veterinarian upon request.

Dangerous Behavior in Group Class: I understand that group classes are not intended to correct severe behavior problems or aggression. For the safety of the instructors, dogs, and families in the class, any dog that demonstrates aggression in class will be asked to leave the class. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances, however, I will be able to use a credit for my remain sessions to purchase a private training program. I understand, if my dog has a history of aggression, or if I am unsure about my dog’s suitability for the group class environment, I will consult with an All Dogs Allowed Behavior Specialist before registering for the group class.

Liability: All Dogs Allowed will endeavor to create as safe an environment as possible for the training of my dog and will offer only sound, safe, and responsible training and training instructions. However, to the extent that All Dogs Allowed is insured for any unintentional or negligent errors, omissions, or incorrect assertions, All Dogs Allowed will be responsible for any such acts or omissions, but only to the extent of such insurance. I have been told by All Dogs Allowed and understand the inherent risks of owning a dog, including but not limited to the risk of dog bites to myself or others, and consequently I am and will remain responsible for the actions of my dog at all times, and I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless All Dogs Allowed of any and all claims of injury, expense, costs, or damages caused by my dog. I understand that the recommendation of any other product or service is not a guarantee of my satisfaction with that product or service.

I hereby agree to abide by the rules and policies of All Dogs Allowed training services as set forth in this contract. I understand that attendance of dog training classes is not without risk to myself, members of my family, guests who may attend, or to my dog. In consideration of, and as inducement to the acceptance of my application for training membership in training classes, I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless All Dogs Allowed, its officers, directors, instructors, agents, employees and/or representatives of any and all claims, or claims by any member of my family, or accompanying guests of mine of injury, expense, costs or damages to myself, my dog or any handler sponsored by me both in class and out of class. In addition, I agree that I will defend and indemnify All Dogs Allowed for any injury, expense, costs or damages to any dog handlers or dogs, whether sponsored by me or not, or to third parties arising out of my own actions or the actions of my dog. I have read the above-stated provisions, and agree to accept those responsibilities.
